Summary of the role:
Lead, influence and develop key relationships with organizations that advise senior decision makers in target accounts in EXL’s focus sectors including Insurance, Retail, Utilities, Travel & Transportation, Banking & Capital Market within the UKI/Europe region.
Achieve new business sales targets for Advisor-led opportunities in Insurance, Emerging and Analytics Business Units.
As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:
- Building business development plans for relevant advisory firms to achieve the UKI/Europe sales and revenue targets for Insurance, Emerging and Analytics Business Units (BU).
- Working closely with BU leaders in the account development planning process to maximize the growth potential from the Advisor channel.
- Developing a deep understanding of EXL’s capabilities in Data, Analytics, Digital Operations and Solutions, and work with the relevant SMEs to educate the Advisors on EXL’s unique capabilities.
- Nurturing senior relationships in the market, constantly scanning for new opportunities and ensuring EXL is top-of-mind as they advise their clients on digital transformation opportunities.
- Ensuring EXL is invited to participate in all major addressable opportunities.
- Supporting the BU throughout the deal pursuit, leveraging their relationship to provide information to the pursuit team to win the opportunity.
- Working with the Global Advisory leader to ensure alignment and consistency of approach.
- Working with local and global marketing teams to support the Advisor channel.
- Ongoing reporting of pipeline and revenue achieved from Advisor-led opportunities and wins.
- Monitoring customer, market & competitor activity to help shape GTM strategy.
- Providing inputs and ideas on new product/service development and inorganic growth opportunities
Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:
- 15+ years of experience in a sales/commercial role in complex solution/consultative B2B selling environment.
- Deep understanding and appreciation for all stages of the customer lifecycle including acquisition, activation, retention, revenue and referral.
- Good network of warm relationships within the UKI/Europe Advisor market, particularly in the UK.

- Knowledge and understanding or EXL’s core capabilities.
- Experience in BPO Sourcing, Advisor or related organization
- Strong reputation in the region
- Ability to engage at a very senior level with internal and external constituents.
